In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Audit of Financial Statements and Audit Activity» {Part 3, Article 40 as amended by Law No. 2597-IX dated September 20, 2022}— subjects of audit activities, which have the right to conduct mandatory audits of financial statements of enterprises of public interest, as well as associations of insurers, the mandatory creation of which is provided by law, are required to undergo quality control of audit services at least once once every three years
