In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities» (dated December 21, 2017), the subject of audit activity, which provides services for the mandatory audit of financial statements of enterprises of public interest, publishes a report on transparency for the previous year no later than April 30, which follows the reported one.
The transparency report is published together with the annual financial statements on the audit entity's website and remains available on this website for at least seven years from the date of its publication.
The subject of audit activity within 30 working days from the date of occurrence of the event informs the Audit Public Oversight Body of Ukraine (APOB) that the transparency report has been published on its website and/or about making changes to it.
