A certificate is an official document certifying an auditor's right to audit banking institutions.Certification is the determination of an auditor's professional competence by passing a qualification exam and the procedure for granting auditors a certificate from the National Bank for the right to conduct audits of banking institutions (hereinafter referred to as the certificate) in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and regulatory acts of the National Bank (clauses 1.2, 5.2 of section 1 of the «Regulations on the certification of auditors of banking institutions», Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 271 dated 16.07.2001)
