TERMS

The Site capital-plus.com.ua (hereinafter – the Site) belongs to Group of Audit Companies «Capital Plus» (hereinafter – Capital Plus or We), legal entities that are registered and operate in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Our contact details and address are provided at the end of this Privacy and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy). We are the owners of the data we process in accordance with this Policy (unless otherwise stated).
We respect the personal data of all users of the Site without exception (hereinafter – Users or You), undertake to protect the confidentiality of such data, thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for use of the Site to each User.
Capital Plus operates within the framework of the Policy, the text of which is set out below. The Policy is an integral part of the agreement between You and Us on the use of the Site and is aimed at publicly informing You about the collection (processing), storage, transfer of personal data and information provided in the provision of Capital Plus Services.

We reserve the right to periodically make changes, adjust, add and remove or update this Policy in its sole discretion without prior notice at any time and for any reason. DEFINITION OF TERMS

All terms and definitions found in the text of the Policy are interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», hereinafter – the Law). In the Policy, the following terms are used in the following sense:
● the Capital Plus Site is a set of web pages available on the Internet under the domain name capital-plus.com.ua● Capital Plus – the recipient of personal data of users● User – an individual who visits the Capital Plus Site and / or uses the information posted on the Capital Plus Site to order Capital Plus services● personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified● personal data subject – the User whose personal data is processed● processing of personal data – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, systematization, clarification (update, change), use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data data, including the use of information (automated) systems● services – services that Capital Plus may provide to the User, the list and description of which is posted on the Capital Plus Site● registration – the initial transfer by the User of his personal data Capital Plus, which is carried out by phone number or via e-mail address specified on the Capital Plus Site● Agent – the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine● third person – any person, except the User, Capital Plus, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights.
Other terms used in the Policy are used in the meanings given in the Law.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Most of our services do not require any form of registration that will allow you to visit the Site without telling us who you are. However, if you are submitting a request or resume, you may need to fill in some fields (some are required and some may be optional). In such cases, if you decide to withhold any personal information we request, you may not be given access to certain sections of the Site and our response to your request.
We process personal data for the purposes of which we inform you when we ask you for information. We store your data in accordance with current legislation, the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» №2297-VI, or ethical requirements for reporting or storage of documents.

  • WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

    We do not collect personal data that are required by law to be processed, such as racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, or membership of political parties or trade unions, or administrative or criminal prosecution; application of measures within the pre-trial investigation, taking measures under the Law of Ukraine «On operational and investigative activities», committing certain types of violence against an individual, location and / or means of movement of an individual, genetic data, biometric data to uniquely identify physical persons, data on the state of health or data on the sexual life of a natural person or his sexual orientation (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law), as well as other personal data that pose a special risk to the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects, determined by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights. We do not verify the accuracy of the personal information you provide and we do not have the ability to assess your ability to act. However, we assume that you provide accurate and sufficient personal information about yourself and keep this information up to date.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers, which houses the equipment that ensures the functioning of the services of the Site. The provided personal data is processed and can be stored in the personal database or a separate table of the database of the Site. You consent to the processing of your personal data by registering on the Site or sending a request (application).

PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA

Capital Plus does not sell your personal data.

TERM OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing. After the personal data subject ceases to be a User of the Site by deleting his account on the Site (if any), his personal data is also automatically deleted.
